气化炉原理  gasogen

It mainly uses biomass raw materials with high volatile content and easy gasification. The working principle is: the raw material moves from top to bottom in the gasifier, and the raw material completes the drying and pyrolysis process in the process of heating through the high temperature gas. Gasification is divided into four stages: the first stage is the drying stage, the ambient temperature is 100℃ to 250℃, the water steam in the raw material is completely precipitated, playing a drying role; The second stage is the cracking stage, the ambient temperature is 300-500℃, the raw material mainly produces CO, H2, CH4, CO2, water vapor and other components; In the third stage of reduction, the temperature is 500-700℃, the raw material pyrolysis precipitates combustible gases such as CO and H2; In the fourth stage, the oxidation stage, the temperature is 700-900℃, and the air enters the bottom of the gasifier to perform the hypoxic pyrolysis oxidation reaction on the material, producing high temperature combustible gas and providing heat to supply the upper material reaction. The gas generated by the gasification of raw materials in the gasifier goes from the bottom to the top after heat exchange and cooling with the material, and the temperature is reduced from about 500-700 ° C to 70-120 ° C. After the gas is cooled, the favorable conditions are provided in terms of transmission volume and safety and explosion-proof, and the gas can be safely transported to the boiler for combustion, realizing the process of converting biomass energy from solid to gaseous state.。

The biomass gas is produced by the biomass gasification unit, and the chemical energy and heat energy of the biomass gas are converted into steam by the biomass gas boiler.
The heating energy system of biomass pyrolysis and gasification system is mainly composed of three parts: raw material supply system; Biomass gasification system; Gas utilization system. The composition of biomass pyrolysis gasification utilization system is shown in Figure 4-3.
